Top 4 from manager:
1. Architecture Experience
2. ARIS Experience 9.x preferred, 7.x ok.
3. VACD (Value Added Chain Diagram)
4. EPC (Event Driven Process Chain) Experience
Job Description
• Discover, design and build new business models in ARIS and help to integrate business processes with different components of IT and business
• Support and facilitate business process requirement and design workshops in support of business transformation and collaborate Business, IT and Corporate strategy.
• Create business process repositories for business process improvement and implementation initiatives.
• ARIS software solutions work experience
• Business Process Architecture strategy, process management or business process design and modeling, business process improvement, BPM tool deployment, etc.
• Experience working with business process Architecture tools such as (Visio, iGrafx, Mega or ARIS)
• Ability to communicate with Business and IT
• Analytical and problem solving skills, with expertise in process analysis techniques, process metrics and performance measurement
• Background in business process and IT implementations with expertise in using ARIS
• Know-how about Process Discovery and KPIs development, benchmarking and process documentation
