Job Description:
Primary Focus – NSPOS Related Activities
• Design overall NSPOS solution based on business requirements and
impact on boundary systems
- Facilitate design workshops with Client and Consulting team(s)
- Lead application demonstration workshops (assist with application
configuration during this process)
- Provide Client facing analysis and documentation for critical business
decisions
• Liaison with NetSuite for issues, package provisioning and performance
concerns
• Participate in cross functional, cross technology solution design
discussions
• Provide feedback on functional design documents to ensure requirements
coverage and functional feasibility with the overall POS and ERP solution
• Develop functional specifications, review functional specifications to
ensure functional feasibility and alignment with the overall POS and ERP
solution
• Oversee and facilitate handoffs between onshore and offshore teams
related to POS configuration and development activities
• Assist with application configuration
Secondary Focus – NSERP Related Activities
• Provide recommendations for NetSuite configuration discussions and
decisions
• Ensure functional viability of overall NetSuite ERP solution design
- Point of contact for critical NetSuite solution design decisions
- Create documented points of view to communicate critical NetSuite ERP
decisions to Client and Consulting teams
• Advise on NetSuite customization best practices
• Provide subject matter expertise for cross functional, cross
technology solution design discussions
Qualifications:
• Recommend NetSuite certification
• Experience with POS implementations (NSPOS preferred, See below for details preferred)
• Some technical experience with payment gateway integration and
integration with external POS peripherals
• Experience customizing NetSuite's SuiteCloud development platform -
specifically SuiteBuilder, SuiteFlows, Suite Analytics
• Basic experience with NetSuite GL, Sales and Purchase Orders, Advanced
Inventory
• Workflow development and configuration experience
• Familiarity with IT transformation and experience managing business
needs and requirements to IT deliverables
