Tibco Administrator
Location: Charlotte, NC
Duration: 6+ months
This requirement is for a TIBCO EMS and Rendezvous Administrator and the role performs functions like support, automation, configuration, tuning and troubleshooting with TIBCO EMS, Rendezvous and the HP Server Automation (HPSA) tool as part of a shared services team.
These HPSA packages will be used by other teams in the company.
- Acts in the highest level technical role as an individual contributor and/or team lead for the most complex computer applications and/or application initiatives.
- Utilizes a thorough understanding of available technology, tools, and existing designs.
- Works on the most complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires evaluation of intangible variance factors.
- Plans, performs, and acts as the escalation point for the most complex platform designs, coding, and testing.
- Acts as an expert technical resource to other staff in the team.
- 8+ years' support and administration experience.
**MUST HAVE SKILLS** *
- TIBCO EMS Administration,
- Rendezvous and Hawk Admin skills.
- Good shell scripting experience.
- Must have installed and configured production ready EMS servers in FT and LB mode
- Linux platform experience required
- Troubleshooting and support experience with above products.
- Production Support and troubleshooting skills.
- Very good communication skills, attend meetings, gather and document requirements and implement them.
- Experience with the HP Server Automation (HPSA) tool to create HPSA software policies or have strong UNIX shell scripting skills.
**GOOD TO HAVE SKILLS**
- * Familiarity with other TIBCO products like BW, Adapters, BE.
- * Familiarity with Java.
